Don’t confuse being busy with being productive. Just take a quick look around. The busy outnumber the productive by a wide margin and often we hear people bragging about being too busy and use these statements:
I have too much to do.
I don’t have enough time.
I’m so busy.
Are these statements the results of hard work, or rather the symptoms of disorganization? If you are working 80 hours a week are you really managing your time? Or are you just ineffective at what you do?
Just because you’re busy all the time doesn’t mean you’re getting closer to your goals. Don’t think that being busy gives you an elevated sense of importance, it’s all an illusion. You are like a hamsters running on a wheel. Remember, We all have the same amount of time so we should work smarter than harder. Let us stop doing things you shouldn’t be doing and stop complaining because it doesn’t get your work done and it is just a waste of time. Keep in mind that time is like a checking account, you must keep a budget to stay within that balance.
What makes you more productive and happy at work? All comments big and small are very welcomed!

Busy as it may seemed, it’s the bee that is busy. LOL.
